Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging VoltifyWeb for any web design or maintenance services. By proceeding with a project, making any payment, or signing a proposal, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
VoltifyWeb ("we," "us," or "our") provides web design, development, hosting management, and related digital services to clients ("you" or "the client"). The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate project proposal or invoice.
Services offered include but are not limited to:
Setup Fee: The one-time setup fee is due prior to the commencement of any design work. Work will not begin until the setup payment is received and cleared.
Monthly Plans: For Build & Manage and Build & Manage Premium plans, monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis beginning on the date the website is launched. Monthly payments are due on the same date each month.
Late Payments: Accounts more than 7 days past due may result in suspension of hosting and maintenance services. Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in permanent removal of the website.
All payments are non-refundable once design work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, the setup fee is forfeited.
VoltifyWeb may offer a free preview of your website design at our discretion. This preview is provided as a courtesy and does not constitute a contractual obligation. The preview is a mockup and may differ slightly from the final delivered product.
The free preview remains the intellectual property of VoltifyWeb until full payment of the setup fee is received. The client may not publish, share, or use the preview design without completing payment.

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions at no additional charge. A revision round is defined as a single consolidated set of changes submitted by the client. Additional revision rounds beyond the included two may be billed at our current hourly rate.
Upon receipt of full payment for the setup fee, the client is granted full ownership of the final website design and its content. VoltifyWeb retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Third-party assets, plugins, fonts, or software included in the project remain subject to their respective licenses.
For clients on monthly maintenance plans, VoltifyWeb will manage hosting, security updates, and minor content updates as agreed. "Minor updates" are defined as text edits, image swaps, or small additions that take fewer than 30 minutes per month. Larger updates may be quoted separately.
VoltifyWeb is not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or circumstances beyond our control.
Either party may cancel a monthly maintenance plan with 30 days written notice via email. Upon cancellation, the client's website files will be provided to them within 7 business days. VoltifyWeb reserves the right to cancel service immediately in cases of non-payment, abusive conduct, or breach of these terms.
VoltifyWeb's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, revenue, or data.
Services are provided "as is." VoltifyWeb does not guarantee specific results including but not limited to search engine rankings, website traffic, or revenue increases. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver a high-quality product consistent with the agreed scope.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prince George's County, Maryland.
VoltifyWeb reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
